Justification of the work: We regret to inform you about an urgent emergency maintenance that we need to perform in our network, due to a power alarm being monitored on a Colt cabinet located at Weismüllerstr , Frankfurt . In the current state there is a high risk of a power overload which could damage our equipment and result in an outage to customer services. During this change our technicians will upgrade the Eltek and Rectifier in the cabinets to resolve the issue and prevent an unannounced outage to customer services. , PLEASE NOTE : If all goes to plan , there should be No Service Outage during this Power module upgrade task , But in worst case scenarios , customer services may experience flapping as we are working on Live cabinets, , but this is not expected and the work is extremely URGENT to avoid any more power related outages. The work should be completed during the first 7 hours of the maintenance window, however an 8 hour window is quoted to cover all eventualities. Back-out plan: 60 minutes of the maintenance window have been reserved to revert any changes done, should our Engineers experience any unforeseen issues during the works.
